The purpose of the Maine State Rheumatology Association is to increase and propagate the understanding of the rheumatic diseases among physicians engaged in the ongoing practice of rheumatology and the socio-economic issues involved in the treatment of rheumatologic diseases to improve patient care, and other lawful purposes.
